UWS Depot ‘Win a Console’ Activation Terms & Conditions

  1. All entrants must be of 18 years old or above.
  2. Entrants are valid on purchases of a case (6 bottles) of XIX Vodka from UWS Queenslie depot between 24th April to 14th May. 
  3. Maximum of one entry per order.
  4. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
  5. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
  6. Delivery times subject to stock. 
  7. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion.
  8. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
  9. Contact details needed on purchase/order/invoice to enter.
  10. By taking part in this giveaway, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using your personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
  11. Valid applicants will be put into an online randomiser which will pick the name of a winner and runner ups at random. If we can't contact the winner, we will contact the next valid runner up.
  12. The winner will be contacted at the end of the competition date and be asked which new-gen console they want, we reserve the right to choose which model or bundle you receive
  13. If you are the winner, you will need to provide your email address, contact phone number, home address and photo / scan of ID as instructed when you win.
  14. The winners will have 24 hours to claim their prize from the date and time that they are announced as a winner. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.
  15. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
